compute_local_roll(pa_v3, ra_ref, dec_ref, ...)

Computes the position angle of V3 (measured N to E) at the reference point of an aperture.

create_DMS_HDUList(sci_data, zero_data, ...)

Save Level 1b to FITS file

Add the GROUP extension to the output file
